The Boundless Life Crew have been delighted to welcome families from the west coast of the United States - and, indeed, from all over North America - to our European destinations of Portugal, Greece and Italy. Our fourth location, Bali, opens in July 2023. Here are 6 reasons why it might be easier than you think to swap Cali for Bali.

🌞 Climate: Both California and Bali boast pleasant and warm climates, with ample sunshine throughout the year. Even during the “rainy season” downpours are often dramatic, cooling, and short.

📷 Natural Beauty: Both destinations are known for their stunning natural landscapes. California features picturesque coastal areas, towering mountains, and diverse ecosystems, while Bali offers breathtaking beaches, lush rice terraces, and volcanic landscapes. Californians can appreciate and explore the natural beauty of Bali, which will resonate with their love for nature.

🧗 Outdoor Activities: Both California and Bali provide a wide range of outdoor activities for adventure enthusiasts. Surfing, hiking, snorkelling, and yoga are popular activities in both locations, allowing families to engage in their preferred outdoor pursuits while experiencing Bali's unique charm.

🛕 Cultural Diversity: Both destinations are known for their cultural diversity and vibrant communities. Both places embrace multiculturalism, with a blend of local traditions, international influences, and artistic expressions. Californian families can immerse themselves in Bali's rich cultural heritage, including its temples, traditional arts, and lively festivals.

🧘 Wellness and Spirituality: Bali opportunities for relaxation, wellness, and spiritual exploration. California is renowned for its wellness retreats, yoga studios, and holistic practices, and Bali is recognized as a global hub for wellness and spirituality, with numerous retreat centres, meditation spaces, and traditional healing practices. Californian families seeking rejuvenation and self-discovery can find many similar experiences in Boundless Bali and the opportunity to practise yoga and meditation on a weekly basis as part of our inclusive community programming!

🍚 Culinary Delights: California and Bali are culinary havens with diverse and vibrant food scenes. From farm-to-table cuisine to international flavours, both offer a wide array of culinary delights waiting to be discovered. Californians can indulge in Bali's tantalising local dishes, such as nasi goreng (fried rice), babi guling (roast suckling pig), and refreshing tropical fruits.
