Our Summer Education Quests
Each 4-week programme will focus on a different subject matter with one unifying Quest at its heart based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). A weekly field trip will help consolidate learning and bring the subject to life for our Explorers, whilst immersing them in the culture, community and nature Bali has to offer.
July: Through the Looking Glass
🔎 Based on UN SDG 4: ‘Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all’.
Our Quest will immerse students in the local culture and history of Bali whilst exploring the important issues raised by this UN SDG.
August: An Odyssey Through Time
⌛ Based on UN SDG 7: ‘Through effective global partnerships, we can ensure a safer fairer world for everyone.’
Our Quest will encourage children to develop empathy, cooperation, and innovation. They’ll work together on various projects, fostering an environment of support and understanding, ultimately embodying the spirit of global unity and cooperation necessary to build a better world.
Throughout both Quests:
✅ Children will understand the culture and heritage of Bali through different dimensions including Science, Sports, History, Geography and Arts.
✅ Each week will conclude with a field trip to a place of interest connected to the theme of learning.
✅ Our Explorers will have the opportunity to explore the stunning architecture, embrace their inner artist through traditional arts and crafts and savour the flavours of the local cuisine.
✅ They will also participate in hands-on workshops and activities designed to introduce them to Bali’s artistic heritage and experience the vibrant traditions of local festivals and culture.
