Boundless Education Centres are split between the following age groups:
- Lower Exploration Ages 1 – 4
- Upper Exploration Ages 4 – 6
- Lower Foundation Ages 7 – 9
- Upper Foundation Ages 10 - 12
Our younger Explorers learn by observing, mimicking, and collaborating with their older peers while the Foundation children develop leadership skills and personal habits. This approach to child grouping fosters the development of empathy, empowerment and collaboration in all children.
A Foundation child’s weekly schedule includes:
Connection Time
Children start the day with a mindful moment to center themselves. During this time they also partake in rich & meaningful discussions around character building and have designated time and activities to connect as a group.
Mastery time
“Traditional” lessons where children learn subject concepts and skills through a combination of guided and independent activities.
Quest Time
Children learn to apply content knowledge and skills from subject lessons to work on interdisciplinary Quests.
Lunch & Recess
Active breaks and healthy meals are vital for children’s well-being and are an integral part of the day.
Culture-immersion
Our curriculum embraces the local culture with workshops on the language, history, cuisine, music etc. Visits to cultural sites are part of our curriculum.
Nature-based Curriculum
Children interact and learn from local environments whether it’s a forest, farm or beach setting.
Genius Time
Based on Google’s 20% rule, children pursue their passions and create bold meaningful works to share with the world.
Endeavour Time
Children take a deep dive into different workshops such as coding, robotics, entrepreneurship, poetry, gardening, sports etc. This is a great place for parents to volunteer or mentor children in their own areas of expertise.
